     Have you ever wondered what's missing between you and your dog? 

Your dog is your baby. But it's very important to remember the instinctual aspects of your relationship with your dog. Animals follow certain energy. That is what your dog will respond to. That's right energy, energy is the key to everything between you and your dog. 

     The philosophy if you want to heal or repair something you need to go back to the basics, same as your dog. To reconnect,. Remember Steve Jobs said he wants to change the world? That's right and you want to reconnect is the world in this case is your dog. So when you talk to your dog of course it's a good thing to have a conversation is your dog and it brings you satisfaction to you, the owner. But it's not a good idea to be emotional when your dog gets emotional two also, like for example if your dog starts to make noises with his voice and you start to mimic those noises, it's absolutely not A good idea. That only makes the dog to remain in that state of mind. 

     So your dog becomes confused or difficult?  

Before you even go to the whole thing off loving your dog you have to have a love for the species of the dog that you have. And the banning the aggressive breed does not solve the problem at all, that is in case you have a aggressive breed.
   In the 70s it was a Dauberman,  that people were frayed off and now it's a pitbull. What does it say to you? One thing, that society has not changed its fears. You have to show the dog that you are a leader believe it or not that is what the instinct is all about. Dog does not understand that you are rude to him or anything like that, unless you  start to hurt him, The dog needs to see a leader,  leader of the pack, that he must respect and give her space to. This is how you can change your dog's manners and bad behavior.  Don't scream, don't yell, but be a leader,  and you will see very soon that thing changed. That's a guarantee.

Dog Shedding Coats.

Shedding dogs.

Its all important with a double coated dogs to stay within the grooming schedule.

Which is more important for double coated breeds with shedding coats.

Some of the breeds with a double coat include: German Shepherd. Akita, Alaskan Malamute,Shiba Inu. And the grooming technics are similar.

Dogs with  shedding coats.

These breeds have harsh top coat , and a very soft undercoat. Some doublepcoated dogs can produce body oil, which can smell, and this is why they should be bathed on a regular basis.

Double coated dogs must  be bathed between every week to every couple of months, depending on the dog.

  Waterless spray is an easy and simple alternative to bathing a large dog. The outer coat is harsh to touch but the inner coat is dense and thick to protect the dog from harsh weather.

These dogs could be brushed at home with a harsh sliker brush which you can easily buy at pet shops. This brush works well by removing the dead hair, which, otherwise will end up all over your furniture.

When bushing the furry breeds pay a special attention to the color and the back area of the animal.

The reason for that is that the undercoat is much thicker around the neck and the back of the dog

When you bath your dog use a good quality shampoo or a conditioner and a detangling solution  to make it easier to brush thru the dense coat.

 Never leave your dog wet after bathing, cause weather could leave your dog smelly and cause skin infections. In the summer, when its hot, don’t shave your dog, as a top coat keeps him cool, and if you shave it off the dog could have a heat stroke.

How to Remove Skunk Odor From Your Dogs.

So, your dog got into contact  with skunk, and it smells horrible? 

What do you do?

   Skunks get really aggressive in Spring and summer when giving birth and defending their young, so the smell goes with it.  The gas they produce called butyl mercaptan which, 

to your amusement is used by the Militaries around the world for biological warfare ( shhh, I did not tell you that).  

 De Skunking your dog 

     What you want to do is follow these instructions, it will make your life much easier.

Definitely do not use your soup or perfume. What you want to use is a self made mixture.

1\4 cup of baking soda
- 1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide
- 1 teaspoon of dish detergent

Put everything into a gallon size container.

The most important is  the ratio, make sure yours is precise or close to what we described here.

Do not close the lid, because it will develop gas, and can explode, just use it right away
- Wet down dog with water
- Begin applying solution to various areas, working into fur
- Work through fur for about 5 minutes
- Quick rinse
- Wash with dog shampoo ( Mobile Pet Spa, our grooming service can do that).
- Rinse thoroughly
